SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
§ Bronze Level– Sponsorship of up to $250.00
o Announcements made throughout the weekend of show.
o Sponsor Name/Business Card would appear in the Bi-Monthly Newsletter and on the InRHA website. Additional advertisement space may be made available.
§ Silver Level - Sponsorship of $251.00 - $500.00
o Numerous announcements to be made throughout the weekend of show.
o Sponsor Name would appear on Show Bill. *(Provided information was available at time of printing.)
o Sponsor Name, Business Card and Advertisement would appear in the Bi-Monthly Newsletter and on the INRHA website.
o Representation in Class Win Photos!
o Banner Space provided in Warm-up Arena on weekend of show! Banners may be provided.
§ Gold Level – Sponsorship of $1000.00 and above
o Numerous announcements to be made throughout the weekend of show.
o Sponsor Name would appear on Show Bill. *(Provided information was available at time of printing.)
o Sponsor Name, Business card and Advertisement would appear in Bi-Monthly Newsletter and on the INRHA website.
o Representation in Class Win Photos!
o Banner Space provided in Show Arena on weekend of show! Banners may be provided.
o Option of Vendor Space at Crossroads USA Arena and Expo Center.
o First Choice of Stall preference made for Indiana Crossroads Reining Show.
§ Trophy Sponsor – Sponsor a Plaque @ $40.00. Sponsor a Pewter trophy @ $95.00. Sponsor a Morrison Bronze @ $270.00. (Would include Bronze Level recognition.)
o Announcements to be made throughout the weekend of show.
o Sponsor would receive recognition on the day of show through announcements.
o Representation in the Award Photo!
