Vote for Brett Walters for the North Central Region Area Director.

Brett Walters resides in Bourbon, Indiana. Brett is a graduate of Findlay College. He has trained horses professionally for over 25 years for both AQHA and NRHA competition. His business focuses primarily on training Non-Pro, Amateur and Youth riders. His students have earned 17 World Championships. Brett also competes in NRHA Open and Novice Horse classes.

Brett has been a member of NRHA for over 20 years. He has been an NRHA Approved Judge since 1991and also maintains his AQHA Judges card. He is a member of the AQHA Professionals. He is a past President of both the Arizona Quarter Horse and Arizona Reining Horse Associations. He served as Vice-President for the Indiana Quarter Horse Association for 4 years. He is an active member of the Indiana Reining Horse Association. Brett has extensive show management experience, having managed such major events as the Arizona Sun Circuit, the AQHA World Cup Championship Show in Flagstaff, Arizona and the first ever NRHA Affiliate Championship Show in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“I enjoy being involved in the National Reining Horse Association and would like to actively work to keep NRHA going in a direction that enhances the show experience from the “grass roots” level rider through the NRHA Futurity Champion. I believe all levels of competition are equally important to the continued growth and success of NRHA! I feel that the most important tool we have to strengthen our organization is communication. If I am elected North Central Area Director, I look forward to working to communicate the needs and ideas of our membership to the NRHA Board.”
