Not Present: Cheryl Bluett, Randy Fowler, Kim Bartlett & Corey Wilson via conference call.

 Conference Call began at 7:40 p.m.

Great news, Terry O’Brien, has resumed his position.

OLD BUSINESS

Members to date: 43 renewals.
 

NEW BUSINESS

• Cloverdale Show: Look for Sponsors to cover first day awards and the other day will cost the club over $600, Shannon has Photographer & video lined up, looking into awards, Ron, Jim, & Sharon will help announce. Mindy Truex will give an in kind sponsorship of banners for the show.
   
• Discussed Sponsorships & Silent Auction – letters have gone out, please pass along to anyone who might be interested.
   
• Youth Raffle: The affiliate gets a portion of the proceeds, discussed selling tickets at show and the web site.
   
• NEXT CONFERENCE CALL IS APRIL 21@ 7:30 pm
