February 24, 2009 – InRHA Board Meeting
Attendees:
Shannon Fowler, Ron & Cheryl Bluett, Jim & Debbie Hundley, Corey Wilson, Ann Barnard, Mindy Truex – Attendees via Conference Call
Not present: Tyler Baumgardt & Kim Bartlett
Treasurer’s Report: Cheryl Bluett
$ 6,333.31 Randy approved, Ron seconded
Old Business:
- Ron Approved January minutes; Shannon seconded
- Cloverdale Show judges; April Baker SAT, & Terry Tompson SUN; Judges hired for $ 450 plus expenses
- Cheryl waiting for completion of the Not for Profit status; tax returns will then be filed
New Business:
- Trophy costs increased over last year; increased approximately $ 200 + shipping; board approved costs, Ann moved to accept new charges and Mindy seconded
- Jim will sign as corporate officer on show contract
- Debbie will follow up on last years sponsors list and solicit support for this years show; will get the list from Shannon and start the process
- Kim Barlett will be show secretary; Tim will act as show rep
- Future calls are 3/31,4/28 (potential conflict), 5/19, and 6/23
- Pards, Steve Jackson interested in sponsoring exhibitors party after the show on Sat.
