February 19, 2008 - INRHA Board Meeting:
Attendees:
Shannon Fowler, Deana Neal, Ron Bluett, Terry O’Brien, Jim Hundley.
Kim Bartlett & Tyler Baumgardt via conference call.
Not Present: Cheryl Bluett, Randy Fowler,& Ann Barnard
Conference Call began at 7:15 p.m.
Terry O’Brien motioned to approve last meeting minutes, Ron Bluett seconded.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Cheryl Bluett
OLD BUSINESS
- Reviewed sponsorship letter; Ron will be sending out the sponsorship letters to the surrounding trainers in the area. Ann will send out sponsorship letter to the general membership.
NEW BUSINESS
- $2,295 cost for trophy’s to NRHA for Crossroads Reining; agreed to give plaques for Green Rider.(Approximate cost $40)
- Approved show bill and judges have been hired. Kathy Lopp & Ed Cridge hired at $400/day. Total judge expenses average $900/judge. Boone Mutual will donate show insurance costs.
- Kim Bartlett agreed to be Points Secretary
