INRHA Board Meeting by Conference Call
Attendees: Shannon Fowler, Randy Fowler, Brose McVey, Deana Neal, Ron Bluett and Terry O’Brien
Not Present: Angie Honeywell, Miriam Farrell, Jim Hundley, Kim Bartlett
Conference Call began at 7:30 p.m.
Old Business:
- Terry and Brose will contact Ann to have her email her letter of Resignation so that the Board can re-elect immediately the new treasury.
- Terry and Brose will make arrangements with Ann to get all of the treasury items from Ann (checkbook, taxes, etc)
- Ann and Angie’s names will be removed from the Fifth Third bank account and Cheryl Bluett and Shannon Fowler will be added to the account.
New Business:
- Brose is working on the location for the banquet.
- Ballots need to be sent out along with banquet information.
- Brose brought to motion to study and revisit having the Secretary position Board appointed.
- Randy 2nd the motion
- All agreed
- Randy brought to motion that the Board designate Brose and Terry to get with Ann to get the check book and all treasury records
- Brose 2nd the motion
- All agreed
- North Central is putting on the Regional Finals in MN in October. They requested a sponsorship for the show and also an awards sponsorship for the Youth Team Tournament.
- Randy brought to motion to give $100.00 to both the North Central show and to the Youth Team Tournament.
- Ron 2nd the motion
- All agreed
- Ron ordered the Reserve Pads for the year-end winners. Cost = $67.00 each
- Shannon ordered the Champion Buckles.
